In 2026, Smiley will join forces for a new campaign, A Smiley Sha(RED).

A SMILEY SHA(RED)

2026 marks 20 years of (RED) – the iconic brand, founded by Bono and Bobby Shriver, that has raised over $785 million to help fight the injustices that allow pandemics to thrive.

To celebrate this incredible milestone, Smiley® is joining forces with (RED) to launch a creative, collaborative campaign powered by optimism, design, and impact! The year-long campaign will celebrate the positive impact smiling can have on health and on those we meet, while raising funds to strengthen health systems globally.

A ground-breaking film series powered by some of the most influential artists in music, film, and entertainment. More than just a campaign, this was a cultural movement designed to spotlight human rights and drive meaningful action. A legacy film series that lives beyond the here and now.

This series of ‘social-first’ human rights films support the charity Choose Love, which shares our aligned values.

Through our limited-edition Choose Love x Smiley collection, we didn’t just sell a product—we created a platform for change. 100% of the profits went directly to humanitarian outreach, supporting refugees and displaced communities across the globe.

On World Human Rights Day, we launched our long-form film—a powerful statement of unity, featuring an additional 52 contributors from around the world.  

From activists, humanitarians, changemakers, and human rights advocates from the Middle East to South Asia, contemporary artists, models, designers and more. This film gave a voice to those who believe in humanity, and it became a symbol of what we can achieve when we come together.
